Becoming whole again

If you say “yes” then be sure
that you are not saying "no" to yourself."

Thank you for wanting to know more about me.

I am Dr. Silvia Conrad - a philosopher with a passion for life who doesn't pretend to know everything. I ask questions where others answer. I guide where others lead.
What I do is difficult to sum up in one word - but it has to do with thinking, reflection and personal freedom.

My way

After my studies and my doctorate in philosophy, I profoundly questioned - and reorganized - my view of people, happiness and our responsibility as part of society.

My professional focus has also changed:
What I do today is a tool to help people lead a self-determined, reflective life.

My conviction

A fulfilled life begins with autonomy.
But true autonomy also means shared responsibility: for oneself - and for others.

Autós = self
Nómos = law

Becoming "right" for yourself instead of being controlled by others - that is a learning and thinking process.
Happiness is not a coincidence, but something that can be achieved.

My attitude

I see my work as accompanying a process of liberation. I question, examine, search - even where it is uncomfortable.
I am a generalist who is not easily satisfied with simple answers.
I agree with Socrates, who says in Plato's Apology:
" A life without self-examination (anéxetastos bios) does not deserve to be lived."

🤔And what am I now?

A philosophizing therapist?
Or a therapist philosopher?

To be honest - I don't really know myself.
And maybe that's a good thing.

My practice - a space for thinking and development

My practice is a solution-oriented think tank.
A space for holistic observation and mindful support - physically, mentally and spiritually.

My path to becoming a therapist

I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years - but basically I always have been.
Even as a child, people came to me with their concerns - mental, physical, existential. Together, we searched for ways, for meaning, for solutions.
My toolbox grew with each step in my own development: forms of therapy were added, approaches deepened, and the path to healing became shorter - clearer.

🎼The discovery of the "theory of harmony"

A few years ago, something unexpected was added:
The theory of harmony - as the Greek thinkers already understood it for the care of the soul.

While studying the ancient texts, I realized:
The myths and thought models contained concrete strategies for coping with life.
What began as an academic interest became a deeply personal insight - and a firm pillar of my therapeutic work.
I am very grateful for this...

What defines my work today

Reincarnation therapy

Sometimes we carry stories within us that are older than our memories.
Reincarnation therapy opens up the space to bring repressed content to light - through images, body sensations and inner dialogues.
The aim is not to look back for the sake of the past, but integration:
the retrieval of parts that are allowed to heal.

🎵 SoulTuneLab and the personal harmonizer - music and tuning fork for your individual frequency

Every person has their very own "basic tone".
Through intensive analysis, self-awareness and resonance work, I determine your individual frequency -
and tune a personal tuning forkwhich helps you to tune into yourself again and again.
This work is gentle, profound and amazingly effective - especially in times of inner turmoil or reorientation.

The Power – My Path to Physical Self-Empowerment

Even my latest adventure found me—not the other way around.
All of a sudden, I understood why I’ve been so disciplined about taking care of my body for over 17 years: cold showers, yoga, plant-based nutrition, ambitious running—all of it was never an end in itself.

Back in 2004, my body pushed me to the limit—what today might be called long COVID. I faced a choice: surrender to weakness or take action.
I chose strength.

Only in retrospect did I realize: everything I’ve done in recent years served one purpose—to strengthen my mitochondria.
A healthy person might achieve remarkable performance with this kind of dedication.
For me, running a half marathon in under two hours is worth as much as winning a championship title. Because I have become a master of energy generation—anti-aging effects included.

Hypoxia – The Same Effect, Less Effort

And as it often happens: right after that realization, I came across the hypoxia method—a technique that achieves the same effects as my years of training, but with far less effort.

Admittedly, I’ve grown fond of my rituals, and they still give me strength.
But this method is a tremendous opportunity for anyone who has less time or energy to invest—yet still wants to boost their vitality.

A Space to Breathe – Free from Sensory Overload

One last but essential detail about my practice:
I live and work in spaces largely free from electromagnetic radiation.
That means no Wi-Fi clouds. No radio noise. No constant impulse to always be reachable.

So I kindly ask my visitors: please switch your phone to airplane mode—or, even better, leave it at home.

What you’ll find here instead:
A protected space where new strength can arise.
My full attention.
My entire wealth of experience—so that your life, too, may take a positive turn.
Being able to contribute to that makes my own life all the more worthwhile.
